What we take care of when organizing group tours:
  • ROUTE & ITINERARY
    We design the route and schedule around the group’s size, age and fitness level.
  • GUIDES & EXPERTS
    We accompany the group in person or arrange trusted local guides.
  • TRANSPORT & FLIGHTS
    We arrange transfers, domestic flights and transport along the entire route.
  • LODGING
    We select hotels, lodges and campsites and arrange accommodation for the whole group.
  • PERMITS & SAFETY
    We obtain permits for parks and activities, arrange insurance and plan for bad weather.
  • SUPPORT DURING THE TRIP
    We stay in touch with the group throughout the journey and solve issues on the spot.

How It Works

Four steps from your first message to the start of your journey

Send a Request

Submit a request on our website or write to us by email. Tell us about the trip you dream of: even a couple of lines is enough to get started.

Talk to an Expert

Your personal Patagonia expert learns about your plans, interests and dates and suggests what is worth seeing for you in particular. You then pay for the itinerary design, and this amount is credited toward the cost of the tour.

Itinerary Design

We plan the route, calculate the cost of the tour, make your edits and lock in the final price. You see the full itinerary before anything is booked.

Deposit

Once the itinerary is approved, you pay a 20% deposit and we book the hotels and all services. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the program. After that, all that is left is to wait for your trip.

Service Fee

from $1,500

This is a deposit for designing the itinerary. Once the tour is finally approved, the amount you paid is fully credited toward its total cost.
